About us

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) is under the Ministry of Construction. Established in 1989, we were tasked with providing quality housing and  solutions for sustainable urbanization simultaneously.

Initiated the concept “New Urban Area” (NUA) with synchronized infrastructure and sufficient social amenities in a pilot project – Linh Dam NUA (Ha Noi) - in 1997 and then applying it across Viet Nam, we have been acknowledged as the pioneer in this integrated model of housing and urban development. Since then, we have implemented 27 projects on total land bank of 2,300 ha with total investment of USD 2,2 billion.

During the last 30 years, we have substantially been contributing to the urbanization process of many cities and providing more than 30 thousand housing units (equivalent to 6 million sqm.) to meet the needs of the society.

Along with the success, we have built up our capacity with 17 subsidiaries working in different fields, ranging from consulting, E&C , developing to housing management services, creating a value chain in the real estate industry.

The long tradition and significant contribution to the society have made HUD become one of leading brands in the housing industry of Viet Nam. In addition to continuing to uphold our precious tradition, we have been also actively adapting to changes in needs and aspirations, and thus sustaining our leading position.
