This development project was the first and also a pilot project for the concept “New Urban Area” of Viet Nam. Being developed with synchronized infrastructure system and adequate social amenities, this township has met not only housing needs but also quality of life. It also promoted the transformation of the southern part of Ha Noi into a well urbanized environment.
